    Key Responsibilities

    Design and Implementation:
    Architect, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including Access Certifications, Role Management, and Policy Enforcement.
    Customize IdentityIQ components using Beanshell, Java, and XML as needed.
    Configure and maintain connectors for various target systems (e.g., Active Directory, SAP, Salesforce).
    Integration and Automation:
    Develop integrations with enterprise applications, databases, and cloud platforms.
    Automate provisioning/de-provisioning workflows using IdentityIQ.
    Lifecycle Management:
    Implement and manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows.
    Define and enforce identity lifecycle policies and governance processes.
    Compliance and Auditing:
    Conduct access reviews and certifications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    Prepare audit reports and resolve any identity governance issues flagged by stakeholders.
    Troubleshooting and Support:
    Act as the SME for SailPoint IdentityIQ, addressing technical challenges and providing advanced troubleshooting.
    Collaboration and Mentorship:
    Work with cross-functional teams, including IT Security, Compliance, and HR, to align identity governance processes with organizational goals.
    Mentor junior team members and provide training on SailPoint solutions and best practices.
    Qualifications

    Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters preferred.
    Experience:
    5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and administration.
    Strong understanding of identity governance, access management, and compliance requirements.
    Experience with API integrations, scripting, and development using Java, Beanshell, and XML.
    Proficiency in configuring out-of-the-box connectors and creating custom connectors for various applications.
    Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM) and their integration with IdentityIQ.
    Skills:
    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    Knowledge of industry standards such as SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and LDAP.
    Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    As a Cybersecurity Intern  you will gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge in identity management and network security. Under the guidance of seasoned professionals, you will contribute to projects aimed at enhancing our cybersecurity capabilities and delivering innovative solutions to our clients. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in two critical areas of cybersecurity while working with cutting-edge technologies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist in the implementation and configuration of SailPoint IdentityNow for identity governance and administration.
    Support identity lifecycle management activities, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certifications.
    Participate in access review campaigns and help remediate access-related issues identified through SailPoint.
    Collaborate with the IT team to integrate SailPoint with other systems and applications within the organization.
    Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of Palo Alto Networks security products, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN solutions.
    Conduct security assessments and audits of network infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
    Assist in the analysis and correlation of security events and alerts generated by Palo Alto Networks products.
    Contribute to the development and documentation of security policies, standards, and procedures.
    Stay updated on the latest features and best practices related to SailPoint and Palo Alto Networks technologies.
    Provide support for cybersecurity incidents and participate in incident response activities as needed.
    Qualifications:

    Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
    Strong interest in cybersecurity, with a focus on identity management and network security.
    Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityNow and Palo Alto Networks security products is preferred but not required.
    Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer (SCIE) or Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) are a plus but not required.
